TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Introduction
These General Provisions and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the general provisions and rules for taking part in the “Taste of Luck” prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw is a sales promotion organized by “Tamara and Ani” LLC (“ANI product”).
1. Definitions
1.1. Prize Draw: the actions, performed in a set order, that are described in these Terms. These actions identify the participant and make them eligible to take part in a draw held live on Facebook and to win one of the 100 gifts on offer.
1.2. Prize Draw Organizer: “Tamara and Ani” LLC.
1.3. Participant: a person aged 18 or over who has correctly completed all actions set out in these Terms and is therefore eligible to win one of the Prizes. If the Participant wins, they must present an identity document.
1.4. Prizes:
– ___ Smart TV(s)
– ___ refrigerator(s)
– ___ washing machine(s)
– ___ microwave oven(s)
– ___ coffee maker(s).
1.5. Code, or one-time code: the unique code attached to the packaging of ANI product sour cream (400 g).
1.6. Platform, or bot: the Telegram platform or bot through which the participant submits the code and receives a response.
1.7. Draw event: a Facebook live stream announced in advance on social media. During the live stream, winning codes are selected at random from the codes submitted by participants.
2. Prize Draw
2.1. Prize Draw periods and stages
The Prize Draw is held in three stages during the following periods:
Stage 1: December 1 to December 10, inclusive. 35 prizes will be drawn.
Stage 2: December 11 to December 20, inclusive. 35 prizes will be drawn.
Stage 3: December 21 to December 30, inclusive. 30 prizes will be drawn.
The winners of each stage will be selected at random during a live stream on the official ANI product Facebook page.
The date and time of each stage’s results and live stream will be announced in advance on ANI product’s official communication channels.
To take part in a given stage, you must register your unique code within the period set for that stage.
2.1.1. This Prize Draw is open only to persons aged 18 or over who have provided their personal data and agreed to receive information about the Prize Draw. To take part, you must read and accept the participation terms. If you do not, you are not entitled to take part in the Prize Draw.
2.2. Rules of participation
2.2.1. Buy ANI product sour cream (400 g) at nearby shops or supermarkets. Information about these shops is available on the website.
2.2.2. Access the Telegram bot through the links, QR codes and instructions shared on ANI product’s official pages. In the bot, identify yourself by providing your first and last name and phone number. After logging in, enter the unique code attached to the ANI product you purchased, as described above.
2.2.3. YOU MUST KEEP THE USED PRODUCT PACKAGING UNTIL THE DAY OF THE DRAW.
2.2.4. If you win, come to the ANI product factory and bring:
– your passport;
– the phone number you used to take part in the Prize Draw;
– the used product packaging bearing the relevant unique code (mandatory).
2.2.4.1. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be handed over to the winner’s guardian, provided that a document confirming guardianship is presented.
One person may take part in the Prize Draw with a reasonable number of codes. The company will monitor this form of participation. If a participant does not comply with the Terms, the company may unilaterally refuse their participation in the Prize Draw.
IMPORTANT: As part of ongoing checks, the Organizer may contact selected participants and ask for a photo of the product or additional information. If fraud is suspected, the Organizer may unilaterally block the participant from this Prize Draw.
MANDATORY: To receive a prize, you must present the used packaging. The code sticker must be undamaged and show no signs of external tampering.
IT IS NOT PERMITTED to transfer, sell or give the prize to third parties.
2.3. The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random during a live stream on the ANI product Facebook page. The live stream will be announced in advance on the official social media channels:

2.4. If needed, the company may carry out additional checks to finalize the Prize Draw results. These may include:
– identity verification;
– a request for a product photo;
– reconfirmation of the phone number.
3. Ending participation
3.1. Any participant may end their participation in the Prize Draw at any time. To do so, you can:
– send a request to [email protected]; or
– send the word stop or unsubscribe in Latin characters on the Platform.
4. Privacy and personal data protection
4.1. By using the bot and accepting these Terms, you confirm that:
– you are at least 18 years old;
– you are a consumer of dairy products;
– you are a participant in the Prize Draw.
You understand and accept the provisions and purposes of personal data processing set out in these Terms. You also understand that this processing does not entitle you to any payment or compensation.
The Company keeps consumer data confidential and takes appropriate measures to protect the personal data you provide to us. The Prize Draw participation terms describe:
– what personal data we collect;
– how we use it;
– with whom we share it;
– the measures taken to ensure information security.
They also state that you agree to the Company processing your personal data.
If you do not accept the Prize Draw participation terms, you cannot receive a prize.
4.2. By taking part in the Prize Draw, you agree that the Company will use and process your personal data in accordance with the bot’s terms of use. The Company will also carry out other actions provided for by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data.” You confirm that all your personal data is reliable and accurate. You fully understand that you are responsible to the Company for providing inaccurate personal data.
4.3. By taking part in the Prize Draw, you confirm that you voluntarily and free of charge consent to the Company processing your personal data in its database. This includes your first name, last name and the mobile phone number for which you gave consent.
Processing includes collecting, recording, entering, storing, updating, using, disseminating and deleting the data from the personal database, as well as using it for advertising targeting.
You also agree to the sharing of non-personalized data with advertising and other targeting tools.
Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
4.3.1. to confirm participation in the Prize Draw;
4.3.2. to conduct market research, research on the use of products and services, or related research;
4.3.3. to take actions aimed at improving the consumer experience;
4.3.4. to take actions aimed at improving products and services and better understanding consumers.
4.4. By using the bot and accepting these Terms, you authorize the processing of your personal data for these purposes. As a personal data subject, you have the right to:
4.4.1. access your personal data processed by the Company;
4.4.2. request the correction, updating and destruction of your personal data in the cases set out in the Platform’s terms of use and the RA Law “On Protection of Personal Data”;
4.4.3. withdraw your consent to personal data processing in accordance with the procedure set out in the Platform’s terms of use;
4.4.4. request that the processing of your personal data be stopped in the cases set out in the Platform’s terms of use and the RA Law “On Protection of Personal Data”;
4.4.5. take other actions provided for by the Platform’s terms of use and the RA Law “On Protection of Personal Data.”
4.5. If you withdraw your consent to personal data processing, the Company will take the necessary measures. Within 5 business days, it will end your participation in the Prize Draw and the processing of your personal data, and delete the data from its database. For questions about the processing of your personal data, you may contact [email protected] at any time.
4.6. The prize handover to Prize Draw winners may be photographed and/or video-recorded. With the winner’s consent, the photos and videos may be published on ANI product’s official social media channels and other communication channels. They will be used to present the Prize Draw results and for the company’s communications.
The terms for publishing photos and videos, and the processing of personal data of the persons shown in them, are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
5. Changes to these Terms
The Company may change the bot’s terms of use, in whole or in part, at any time. It will notify bot users of any such changes.
6. Receiving the prize
To receive the prize, you must come to the address specified in advance by the company and bring:
– an identity document;
– the phone number verified in the bot, which was used to submit the Prize Draw code;
– the packaging of the ANI product that confirms your participation in the Prize Draw, with the code sticker showing no signs of physical tampering.
The prize handover may be photographed and/or video-recorded in accordance with Clause 4.6 of these Terms.
If the Terms are not met, the Company may unilaterally refuse to award the prize.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Company reserves the right to block a participant from the Prize Draw if:
7.1.1. you no longer meet the Prize Draw requirements;
7.1.2. you have provided incorrect or inaccurate personal data;
7.1.3. you have asked us to end your access to the Prize Draw;
7.1.4. you have tried to submit a unique code that is not in the Company’s database;
7.1.5. fraud, intrusion by technical means, or attempts at such intrusion are detected;
7.1.6. in any other case, at the Company’s sole discretion.
