Preparation Method:
- Slice the zucchini into rings and sprinkle with salt. After draining, fry in vegetable oil until golden. Place the fried zucchini in a colander to drain the excess oil.
- Prepare the sour cream sauce: Crush the garlic, finely chop the dill, mix with sour cream, add salt, pepper, and, if desired, a little suneli (spice).
- Arrange the salad in layers on a serving plate: place the first layer of zucchini, spread the sour cream sauce on top, and repeat in layers. Finally, garnish with finely chopped dill.
