Ingredients:
- Egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 0.5 kg
- "ANI" Matzoun- 150 g
- Onion - 3 heads
- Oil - 8 tbsp
- Water - 200 g
- Salt, garlic - to taste
Preparation Method:
- Beat the egg, add the water, 1 tsp of salt, and mix. Then, add the flour, mixing first with a spoon, then knead with hands into a firm dough. Let it rest.
- Sprinkle flour on the table, roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness, then cut into small squares. Boil in salted water.
- Sauté the onions in oil until they turn translucent. Add the boiled and drained dough squares to the onions and serve with Matzoun.
