Tatar Boraki

Ingredients:

 

- Egg - 1 piece

- Flour - 0.5 kg

- "ANI" Matzoun- 150 g

- Onion - 3 heads

- Oil - 8 tbsp

- Water - 200 g

- Salt, garlic - to taste

 

Preparation Method:

  1. Beat the egg, add the water, 1 tsp of salt, and mix. Then, add the flour, mixing first with a spoon, then knead with hands into a firm dough. Let it rest.
  2. Sprinkle flour on the table, roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness, then cut into small squares. Boil in salted water.
  3. Sauté the onions in oil until they turn translucent. Add the boiled and drained dough squares to the onions and serve with Matzoun.
