Ingredients
- Ani Cottage Cheese – 500 g
- Ani Sour Cream – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Semolina – 1 tablespoon
- Sugar – 0.5 cup
- Vanilla
- Chocolate – 100 g
For the filling
- Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
- Nuts, raisins, dried fruits, chocolate – to taste
Preparation Process
- Blend the sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add cocoa, nuts, raisins, or dried fruits to taste.
- Line a baking dish with foil, pour in the mixture, and smooth the surface.
- Place the dish into a larger and deeper pan half-filled with water.
- Bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes.
- After baking, let it cool and place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes.
- Carefully remove the frozen dessert from the foil.
- Melt the chocolate over steam and drizzle it over the dessert layers.
- Slice the dessert with a hot knife and serve.
