Ingredients
For the dough:
- “Ani” Sour Cream: 400 g

- Baking soda: 1 tsp
- Flour: 3 cups

- Sugar: to taste

Preparation
- To make the dough, mix the sour cream, sugar, baking soda, flour, vanilla, and salt together. For a smooth and light dough, sift the flour.
- Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts, setting aside a small portion to use for decoration.
- Bake each layer in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let the baked layers cool.
- Prepare the cream by beating 200 g of sour cream with sugar until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the cake by generously spreading the cream on each layer.
- Finally, crumble the reserved small piece of baked dough and sprinkle it on top for a beautiful, unique look.
