Ingredients
- "Ani" Cottage Cheese – 350 g
- Eggs – 2
- Flour – 6 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Sunflower Oil – 5 tbsp
Instructions
- Place the "Ani" cottage cheese in a deep bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Add eggs and sugar, then whisk until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- Gradually add flour and sunflower oil, mixing well each time.
- Heat a pan, lightly oil it, and place spoonfuls of batter in the pan, shaping into small rounds.
- Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
Milk Sauce
Ingredients
- Flour – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 10 g
- "Ani" Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir continuously until it turns golden.
- Gradually add "Ani" milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Add sugar and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat once the sauce reaches the desired consistency and serve with cottage cheese pancakes.
