- "Ani" Cottage Cheese - 250 g
- Eggs - 3
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Flour - 8 tbsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil
- Powdered Sugar and Vanilla - to taste
Preparation
- In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until you get a smooth batter.
- Shape the doughnuts using a spoon or your hands.
- Pour a generous amount of vegetable oil into a pan and heat well.
- Fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla or with your favorite jam sauce.
