Ingredients:
- Ani Cottage Cheese – 100 g
- Ani Sour Cream – 300 g
- Ani Matsun – 300 g
- Sugar – 180 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla – to taste
- Flour – as much as needed to make non-sticky dough
Preparation Method:
- In a medium bowl, mix Ani cottage cheese and sour cream. Quench the baking soda in matsun and add it to the mixture.
- Add sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour until the dough starts separating from the sides of the bowl and doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut cookies with cookie cutters.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until the cookies are golden.
- Let the cookies cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
