Ingredients

- 150 ml condensed milk
- 1 pack of cottage cheese
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
For the chocolate coating:
- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for a glossy finish)
Preparation
- Preparing the dough
In a deep bowl, mix the coconut flakes, condensed milk, and powdered sugar.
If you prefer a softer texture, add melted butter and mix well.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Shaping the balls
After cooling, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls with your hands.
Place them on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate again for 10-15 minutes.
- Preparing the chocolate coating
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, heating it for 20 seconds, stirring, and reheating until fully melted.
Add vegetable oil and mix to ensure a smooth and glossy coating.
- Final decoration
Dip the chilled balls one by one into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
