Ingredients
For the dough:

- 100 g sugar

- 100 g soft butter
For the apples:
- 3 apples (peeled and sliced)

- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Making the dough:
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add the melted butter and milk.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla sugar, then incorporate them into the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Preparing the apples:
- Slice the apples and mix them with cinnamon and sugar.
- Spread the apple mixture over the prepared dough.
Making the frosting:
- Beat the sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and soft butter until smooth.
Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the pie for 30-35 minutes.
Final step:
- Remove the pie from the oven and spread the sour cream frosting over the top.
- You can apply the frosting while the pie is still warm for easier blending.
