HOT CHOCOLATE WITH SPICES

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • Potato starch – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the starch in half a cup of milk.
  2. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
  4. Then add the milk with starch, sugar, spices, and salt.
  5. Continue stirring and cook until the mixture begins to thicken.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
