Preparation
1) Preparing the dough
In a deep bowl, mix the coconut flakes, condensed milk, and powdered sugar. If you prefer a softer texture, add melted butter and mix well. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
2) Shaping the balls
After cooling, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls with your hands. Place them on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate again for 10-15 minutes.
3) Preparing the chocolate coating
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, heating it for 20 seconds, stirring, and reheating until fully melted. Add vegetable oil and mix to ensure a smooth and glossy coating.
4) Final decoration
Dip the chilled balls one by one into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
