Armenian Yogurt (Matsoun)
The homeland of yogurt is the Armenian Highlands. It was invented many centuries ago and has a price of gold. During that period, people left milk out, which turned into sour milk, or yogurt. The Persian King Cyrus the Great traveled to Armenia specifically to eat this yogurt.
